Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Please check with us first.
Siesta Time
It is not only considered very bad manners in Greece to make noise during the period from 14:30 to 17:30, there is also a law against it.

Our apartment is in the complex with many Greek residents, it is not appropriate to sit outside talking noisily and playing a loud music at that time.

Many visitors to Greece learn to do as the Greeks do, and find that this way of patterning one's day makes perfect sense, given the climate.
Noise
To be considerate to the other tenants, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter side after 22:00. And if you want to listen to music, please remember the other residents and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space. We’ll make sure to reciprocate the favor. Unless it’s Elvis. He’s okay to play at any time in all areas of the house :)
Party
If you’re coming to Pefkohori to party you’ve picked a great town to do so. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of disruptive behavior will unfortunately result in you being asked to move out.
Maximum Occupancy and Pool Use
We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. Pool access is for residents and our guests. Please do not bring any friends or family who are staying elsewhere.
Plumbing
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. Plumbing in Halkidiki is not that good, and the toilet can be clogged very easily. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the trash bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday
Cleaning
Leave the apartment as you found it - is probably the best guide.
While we do a professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
No Smoking
You are welcome to smoke either outside or on the balcony, but not in the apartment.
Damage
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
